HVAC filters clean the air that circulates throughout your house by"grabbing" contaminants since they try to pass through. Air filters have 2 interelated and quite important functions. To begin with, they keep the true air you're breathing in your house clean. Second, they keep the air in your AC unit clean.
When air filters catch contaminants floating through your system, those contaminants remain about the air filter. If contaminants keep building up on the filter, then they will begin to block normal air flow. The dirtier the filter, the less air they'll let past. All of the cool atmosphere you should be loving gets trapped on your vents instead! A dirty filter can create your entire AC unit 5 to 10 percent less effective on its own. Inspect your HVAC filter every 3 months. If it looks cluttered or yellowed, replace it.

The condenser pressurizes this hot air, forcing it back into its liquid state. "Condensing" the atmosphere this way forces it to discharge its latent heat out into the environment. The condenser's fans dismiss off this hot air out of the unit and away from your property.
Your air purifier unit is situated outside of your house, so that they obviously get dirty over time. When too much dirt builds up on the condenser, it blocks the air flowing onto the condenser coils. With no air leak, the condenser can't remove heat from the home as easily. Your HVAC duct system is what actually carries the air your AC unit produces into your home. After the condenser unit cools the air that passes through it, it shoots that atmosphere back into your home through the ducts. A network of distinct, interconnected ducts direct air to each individual room of your house. These ducts must be airtight, so no air escapes them before it reaches each vent in your home.
Unfortunately, air ducts are not always airtight. If your ducts are worn or damaged, they may begin"leaking" the atmosphere your AC unit transfers through them.
